how are the patas up 238% with only 151000 shares traded and if you can answer that how are the bears up 638% with 400 shares traded something is fishy.

The reason they went up so much was a result of the number of buy orders placed(a bunch). The reason there wasn't many shares traded is because the people that already held those shares weren't willing to sell their shares and the price kept going up. Eventually, people decided to sell and filled the orders, and then they kept selling when there wasn't any buyers and the price dropped back down.
Having said that, I'm going to be working on some stock curbs to help smooth some of these things out with some rules similar to what the NYSE uses in these situations.
